Our junior class, dedicated to inspire budding martial artists through pad-work and games, all designed to develop essential movements and coordination in a safe and exciting environment to give them the best start in their journey through martial arts.
Ages 5 & 6
Delve into the traditional martial art, building power and flexibility, as well as wisdom and humility. We focus on individual and partnered practice to enhance our technique, as we aspire to rise through the ranks.
Ages 6+
We teach practical self defence, not the flamboyant or stylised techniques of Hollywood. Implementing our experience in both traditional and modern arts, we have selected easy to remember and effective techniques to teach you how to better defend yourself, and better still, deter it all together.
Ages 10+
Whether you want to develop your techniques, or build your fitness, boxing is an excellent way to build power, and feel powerful!
This is the ultimate empowerment! Maximise your power output through carefully constructed and personalised training sessions. With James, we will enhance your performance.
Martial Arts are not our only specialism. James is a Mobility and Stability specialist PT. He focuses on muscle engagement and improving your overall movements to create a physique that works day to day. Through his decade of experience in the fitness industry, he can take you through sessions tailored to you and your goals.
